What do you want to study at a four-year university and why? What do you want to do after you graduate from a four-year university and why? You may describe any difficulties or obstacles you or your family have overcome, if applicable.

Times New Roman, Font 12, Double Spaced
Two Page Maximum
Your full name must be typed on the top left corner of each page.
Your PHHS school ID number must be typed below your name on each page (this is to easily identify you should you win the award)

IScholar will contact the winner by email and provide further instructions. To receive the scholarship award, the winner must submit proof of intent to enroll in a 4-year college/university.
